1. Agreement

By accessing or using Rajam (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Service is operated by Ajay Krishnan Professional Corporation, an Ontario corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rajam is a web-based audio recording, organization, and sharing application. The Service allows you to record audio in your browser, upload audio files, organize recordings into collections, and share collections via public links.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the audio recordings and other content you upload or create using the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and share it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload content that infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

6. Storage and Availability

Free accounts are subject to storage limits as described on our pricing page. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss of data.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete Your Content after a reasonable period following termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
